周子健教授主要从事分子影像和医工交叉领域的应用基础研究,研究兴趣包括(1)免疫细胞功能活性的在体可视化、分子调控及诊疗研究;(2)铁死亡分子影像探针的开发及相关疾病的诊疗研究;(3)核素类探针/药物的临床转化开发和药效评估。迄今共发表学术论文90余篇,论文总被引用14000余次、H因子60。近五年,以通讯作者或第一作者在包括Nat. Nanotechnol.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Clin. Transl. Med.等杂志发表多篇论文,4篇入选ESI高被引论文。担任Chinese Chemical Letters(中国化学快报)杂志高级编委、Chemical & Biomedical Imaging(美国化学会)杂志青年顾问委员(ECAB)、iRADIOLOGY杂志青年编委、中国生物材料学会纳米生物材料分会委员、中国抗癌协会医工整合专业委员会委员等职务,入选斯坦福大学发布的2023年度前2%科学家年度科学影响力排行榜。主持国家自然科学基金2项以及企业委托开发的横向项目多项,主要负责用于IND申报核素类药物的药学和非临床部分研究,已有3项参与的新药申报项目获得临床试验批件。
