Are you looking to experience change in your life, but don’t necessarily have a specific problem to address?  Holistic therapy is about more than changing a certain behavior or managing symptoms.  Holistic therapy involves creating lasting personal change by addressing the whole “you” without compartmentalizing yourself.

To begin the process, answer the following questions:

  • Do you have purpose in your life and are you living that purpose?
  • Are you fulfilling your potential or do you have a nagging sense that you could be doing more with your life?
  • Are you undervaluing yourself or unknowingly selling yourself short?

 

Holistic Therapy Begins with the Unconscious

We all operate based on a variety of unconscious processes.  Ever wonder why some people seem to effortlessly flow through life with more than enough money, good friends, and the ability to bounce back after setbacks, while others struggle?

 

It’s not that one person is better than the other, or that one leads a more charmed life.  It’s simply that people living rich and fulfilling lives are able to see life as it is and live fully in the present.

 

For many of us, as we grow up and go through life, we take on a variety of unconscious beliefs such as “life is a struggle,” “money is hard to come by,” “I’m unworthy.”  Although we are unaware that these stories are playing in our minds, we can see the negative effects in our lives. 

 

In order to create permanent change in your life, the first thing you must do is bring your unconscious processes to light.  Once you become aware of what is going on below the surface, you are will be able to integrate these unconscious patterns and beliefs.  This is the key to living the life you were meant to live.

 

Meditate, Don’t Medicate

When you work with me, I will help you uncover the unconscious processes that are keeping you from living the highest version of your life.   I will work with you as whole person, rather than merely attempting to mask symptoms of unhappiness such as depression or anxiety.  We will work with a variety of mindfulness techniques to help you re-integrate lost parts of yourself so that you can truly live the life of your dreams.
